Amorie - Deltona, FL

Residing in Volusia county, Amorie is the Owner and Operator of Sweet Little Bake Shoppe. The bakery was opened in early 2020 and instantly gained attention and popularity. Although she runs this show (mostly) on her own, this is definitely not her first time creating in the kitchen! Amorie has had several food blogs, some in which feature some of her favorite diet-conscious recipes. Being on her own health-restricted diet, she has dedicated her time to creating delicious food alternatives for those searching for substitutions.

In an interview highlighting "amazing female owned Florida businesses" with Orlando blogger The Florida Woman she was asked: What inspired you to open your bake shop?

"I am exploding with excitement to have opened Sweet Little Bake Shoppe, a female-owned and operated local bakery! I have always been passionate about creating options for those who may be limited when looking for a dessert alternative. Whether it be a result of diet restrictions, involuntary health conditions or even for those who are simply looking for a low-carb indulgence, I have made it my goal to always find a way to create both wholesome and delicious solutions. With a combination of both creativity and drive, it only made sense to create this type of opportunity for our community, while doing something that I love."
